As sommelier you will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that our wine program is up to standard. You will be coordinating orders of wine, setting daily wine packages, adding new wines for the wine list, and wine cellar - this will be dome together with restaurant Manager in accordance to budgets.
We arrange daily wine tastings for our hotel guests that you will be responsible for. During lunch and dinner service you will be a crucial part of the restaurant team.
As sommelier you will mainly work during the dinner service.
Hiring date is from 15.04.2024 until 8.10.2024
Requisiti professionali
- Trained in fine dining
- High competence in etiquette and classic fine dining
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sommelier role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Extensive knowledge of international wines and wine regions
- Experience with curating wine lists for diverse cuisines
- Experience in calculating cost of goods and setting profitable wine pairings
- Genuinely interested in creating the best guest experience
- Fluent in English
