Job offer description

The sommelier is responsible for curating and enhancing the guest's wine experience. In collaboration with the F&B Manager, he/she will curate the restaurant's wine list, select and monitor the offer based on clients' satisfaction, oversee purchasing, organize the wine cellar ensuring that it is always properly stocked and organized, among other duties.

The sommelier is responsible for advising restaurateurs and end customers in choosing the wines most suitable for their needs.
