French bakery in Norway is looking for a baker. 
Boulangerie francaise en Norvège recherche un boulanger (H/F).

Having to replace one of our bakers, our small enterprise (14 French and Norwegian speaking employees) is looking for a new baker.

You will work in a family atmosphere. Our customers are for the most regulars and our bakery is renown for both its quality and its service level from soon 13 years old.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement notre petite entreprise recherche un nouveau boulanger.

Vous évolurez dans une ambiance familliale. La clientèle est très règulière et nous disposons d 'une bonne rèputation autant sur la qualité, que sur le service depuis 13 ans.

The job:

  • You have good command of the sourdough fermentation technique, weighing, kneading, and hand shaping. You are comfortable with laminating and making viennoiseries/pastries.
  • We bake in a deck oven.
  • Baking of a small variety of petits fours (in small quantities)
     
  • Vous maitrisez la technique de fermentation au levain, le pesage, le pétrissage, le faconnage à la main
  • Vous êtes à l'aise pour le tourage et la réalisation des viennoiseries.
  • La cuisson est faite dans un four a sol.
  • Réalisation d'une petite gamme de petits fours en faible quantité.

     

Requisiti professionali

*You are a qualified baker who is conscientious, neat, flexible and motivated.

Diploma REQUIRED (as a minimum): 2 years vocational education & training / craft certificate as a baker

Work experience required: 5 years

You integrate proactively in our team. That implies that you have at least a basic level of English which allows you to understand others and to make yourself understood.

A previous work experience abroad is HIGHLY VALUATED.

*Vous etes serieux, soigné, flexible et désireux de travailler dans une petite structure. (14 salariés franco-norvegiens).

CAP EXIGE

5 ans d experience minimum

Vous devrez être moteur dans votre intégration. Ce qui implique que vous maitrisez les bases en anglais (suffisament pour vous faire comprendre). Une premiere experience à l'étranger est VIVEMENT SOUHAITEE

*Contract duration: 1 year with the possibility for a permanent contract. 3 months probation period.

Starting date: 1st August 2026

Working hours pr week: 37,5

Days off: Sundays + 1 fixed day/week or every other weekend

We help you with formalities (immigration, bank, healthcare) and we help you find housing.

 

*CDD 1 an avec possibilité d'évoluer en CDI. 3 mois d'essai.

Demarage le 1er Aout 2026

37,5h hebdo.

Repos tous les dimanche+1 jours fixe par semaine ou 1 week-end sur 2.

Nous vous aidons avec les formalités (immigration, banque, santé) et logement.
