Apply for jobs & confirm interviews
- Browse the available job offers and apply to relevant positions.
- Employers can only view your profile if you apply for their jobs.
- If an employer invites you to an online interview, you’ll receive a notification with proposed time slots.
- Confirm invitations promptly and check the platform regularly for updates.
Prepare for interviews
- Research the employers you are interested in: their business, projects and hiring needs.
- Prepare questions and be ready to discuss your experience.
- Dress professionally and ensure you can communicate confidently in English.
Before the interview day, make sure you have
- A PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Headset with microphone and a webcam
- A stable internet connection
The employer will contact you at the agreed time.
On the event day 12 May – 11:00-15:00 CET

- Attend presentations by interesting employers.
- Chat with employers and EURES advisers from the participating countries for guidance and information, job opportunities and working conditions.
- Receive invitations to online interviews with potential employers.

This event is organised by EURES the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany and takes place on the European Job Days platform on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CET).
Employers based in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany that offer jobs or traineeships for internationals are invited to participate.

How to participate?
- Register and set up a virtual stand.

How to advertise your vacancies and attract the right candidate
- Post your jobs early — they will be visible weeks before the event
- Write your job offers in English
- Clearly describe the role and required skills and qualifications
- Add information on benefits: relocation support, accommodation, meals or other conditions on offer will make you more competitive
- Optional: include a link to your own career site!
Conduct job interviews and talk to prospectors on the day of the event.

Between May 12th and 15th , you can meet candidates in 30-minute online interview slots.

Interviews take place via Jitsi — no installation required, but some settings need to be checked and tested ahead of the event

How to chat live on event day
• Be available to answer candidate questions in real time
• Use the built-in chat function in your employer account
• Add your chat availability slots to your company profile ahead of the event
Tips for success:
• Set up a virtual booth as soon as possible.
• Highlight benefits such as relocation and integration assistance.

• Choose the right tool for job interviews (Jitsi, MS Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Check EURES TMS financial support for EU/EEA candidates.
