We are looking for a passionate and creative professional whose skill and imagination will delight our guests with unique sweet creations.

The role involves preparing pastries, desserts, and bakery products for buffet and à la carte service in accordance with established standards and procedures. Responsibilities include the preparation, baking, and decoration of desserts while ensuring high product quality and guest satisfaction.

Requisiti professionali

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • preparation of pastries, desserts, and bakery products for buffet meals and à la carte dishes in accordance with norms, standards, and work procedures
  • preparation, thermal processing, and decoration of pastries and other bakery products
  • focus on work quality and guest satisfaction
  • compliance with food storage regulations and maintenance of hygiene standards
  • ensuring cleanliness of the workplace and equipment
  • correct and conscientious use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
  • applying health and safety measures
  • carrying out activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal rules, procedures, and goals
Requisiti preferenziali

Required qualifications and competencies:

  • vocational or secondary education as a pastry chef
  • work experience in the same or similar positions
  • attention to detail, systematic work approach, and ability to work in a team
  • high level of responsibility in performing work tasks

 

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

  • previous work experience
  • knowledge of foreign languages
