Hotel and Restaurant La Locanda del Postino seeks an experienced sous chef or assistant chef capable of working alongside our chef during the summer season and ensuring the high quality standards that distinguish our offerings.
The candidate must have proven experience in the field, ability to work in a brigade, ability to respect service times without compromising quality and aesthetics of the dishes, be willing to follow the chef's directions.
Our restaurant has a culinary history that starting from Mediterranean and Sicilian cuisine has been able to grow in creativity and proposal over the years.
