Do you have a passion for culinary arts and want to develop your skills in the dynamic environment of our prestigious establishments? We are looking for a responsible and motivated team member to join our kitchen team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The role includes preparing ingredients according to established standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring cleanliness of the workplace and kitchen equipment. 

 

Anforderungen an die Stelle

Duties and responsibilities:

  • familiarity with the menu; preparation of ingredients in accordance with norms, standards, and work procedures
  • improving work quality and guest satisfaction
  • adhering to regulations for food storage and maintaining hygiene standards
  • ensuring cleanliness of the workplace and equipment
  • proper and conscientious use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
  • applying health and safety measures
  • performing activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal rules, procedures, and objectives
Wünschenswert

Required qualifications and competencies:

  • vocational or secondary education as a qualified cook 
  • work experience in the same or similar positions
  • attention to detail, systematic work approach, and ability to work in a team
  • high level of responsibility in performing work tasks

 

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

  • several years of work experience
  • knowledge of at least one foreign language (preferably English, Italian, or German)
