Even if you don't have a job interview scheduled, you can still make an introductory contact with participating employers during a live event. To do so, go to any of the live events you are interested in and click on the tab „Chat with employers“. This tab contains a list of participating employers who have decided to be available during a live event. Please keep in mind that only the employers who are online at a given moment will be shown in the listing.
In addition, you can also express interest in an employer's profile. To do it, simply go to the "Employers" section during a live event, find an employer you are interested in and click on the "Express interest" button at the bottom of the screen. Expressing interest means that the employer will be granted access to your user profile and your CV (if available).
Please note that expressing interest does not secure a job interview and it depends on the employer whether they will make contact with you during or after the event.
