Job Overview
We are looking for ambitious Chefs to join our kitchen team! You would work on various stations in a high-volume kitchen environment as a chef. He / She is responsible for creating an exceptional guest culinary experience through preparation, cooking, and food presentation.
Main Duties

Provide the hotel guests with the highest and most efficient hospitality service.

Works in the designated station as set by the supervisor.

Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.

Able to produce quality products promptly and efficiently for the guests or staff.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area.

Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by following recipes, yield guide, and specifications.

Checks supplies and prep lists and ensures all items are prepped in a timely fashion.

Replenishes service lines as needed, restocks, and prepares the workstation for the next shift.

Ensures that all products are correctly stored in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef, minimum two years

Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes

Ability to multitask.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Great time management skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices

Culinary school diploma
