Our customer is an industry leader in the field of fire protection technology and is looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for its technical office at the Karben location.

The position is available through us immediately on a permanent basis, full-time and through direct placement.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through precise recording of requirements and rapid processing of customer concerns
  • Advising customers on services, products and service packages
  • Preparing offers and processing maintenance and repair orders
  • Appointment coordination and logistical organization with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Continuous improvement of internal service processes
  • Close cooperation with field service technicians
  • Compilation and dispatch of order documents including technical documentation
Exigences professionnelles
  • Completed technical training, technician or master craftsman, ideally with a focus on customer service or order processing
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the service environment of technical products
  • Experience in scheduling and contact with colleagues in the field service
  • Strong service mentality and ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
  • Good knowledge of the use of computers, ERP systems and software for order management, proAlpha knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to occasionally get an idea of ​​the systems on site at the customer
