As a Guest Service Telephone Operator you offer a diversified and responsible job in the heart of our hotel.

You are the interlocutor for our guests on the phone and among other things:

  • Forwarding of guest requests via IT system HotSOS in close cooperation with all departments
  • Accept and forward internal and external calls
  • Telephone and personal advice to guests
  • Independent control and processing of email request

Requirements:

  • An open and warm personality that enchants our guests with his / her voice
  • Very good German and English skills
  • A good sense for details and for the needs of our guests
  • Enjoying the telephone and dealing with people from different cultures
  • Good Communication skills
  • High level of empathy
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
