Front Office Agent 

The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and high ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
  • Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
  • Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
  • Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
  • Maintaina professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments

 

Exigences professionnelles

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic with friendly personality
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist, ideally in a 5*or 4* resort or hotel environment
  • Have a bachelor in Business Tourism / Hospitality Management (would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of Greek and an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage
  • Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask
  • Possess strong computer skills (knowledge of Opera software would be a plus )
