Front Office Agent
The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and high ability to multitask.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
- Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
- Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
- Maintaina professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
Anforderungen an die Stelle
Requirements
- Enthusiastic with friendly personality
- Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist, ideally in a 5*or 4* resort or hotel environment
- Have a bachelor in Business Tourism / Hospitality Management (would be a plus)
- Knowledge of Greek and an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage
- Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask
- Possess strong computer skills (knowledge of Opera software would be a plus )
