In the prestige Kempinski Palace Portorož and Kempinski Adriatic Istria Croatia we are looking to hire colleagues to join our team in the kitchen:

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Preparation of various dishes and specialities in accordance with kitchen standards,
  • Follow recipes, portions control and presentation as set by the Chef,
  • Assistance in organizing kitchen work,
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstation and equipment,
  • Ensuring guests needs are met,
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times,
  • Monitor stock levels,
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations. 
Exigences professionnelles
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in working in the kitchen and handling food preparation,
  • Can-do attitude and motivation,
  • Compiling with hotel standards and kitchen health standards.
