In the prestige Kempinski Palace Portorož and Kempinski Adriatic Istria Croatia we are looking to hire colleagues to join our team in the kitchen:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparation of various dishes and specialities in accordance with kitchen standards,
- Follow recipes, portions control and presentation as set by the Chef,
- Assistance in organizing kitchen work,
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstation and equipment,
- Ensuring guests needs are met,
- Following food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times,
- Monitor stock levels,
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
- At least 1 year of previous experience in working in the kitchen and handling food preparation,
- Can-do attitude and motivation,
- Compiling with hotel standards and kitchen health standards.
