Slovenski delodajalci, vabljeni k sodelovanju!
Spletni sejem bo potekal na platformi Spletnih zaposlitvenih dni v četrtek, 6. novembra 2025, od 11.00 do 14.00 (CEST) v organizaciji EURES pri ZRSZ.
Prednosti sodelovanja:
- Promocija podjetja in prostih delovnih mest.
- Stik z evropskimi iskalci zaposlitve različnih profilov.
- Možnost izbire kandidatov že pred dogodkom.
Kako sodelovati:
1. Registrirajte se in pripravite virtualno stojnico.
2. Objavite prosta delovna mesta.
3. Spremljajte prejete prijave, izbrane kandidate povabite na razgovor.
4. Na dan dogodka izvedite zaposlitvene razgovore in klepetajte z iskalci. Platforma bo odprta za razgovore tudi naslednji dan, 7. novembra.
Namigi za uspeh:
- Objavite prosta delovna mesta v angleščini, da boste nagovorili širši krog kandidatov.
- Čim prej uredite virtualno stojnico.
- Izpostavite ugodnosti, kot je pomoč pri selitvi tujih delavcev.
- Oglejte si kratke video vodiče o registraciji.
- Izberite orodje za razgovore (Jitsi, MS Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp …).
- Preverite EURES TMS finančne podpore za zaposlovanje kandidatov iz EU/EGP.
