COOK IN THE DOLOMITES
Hotel in the Dolomites is looking for chefs, pastry chefs or demi chefs to join their staff.
Among the tasks of the head chef: supervising the preparation, cooking and presentation of the dishes, ensuring high hygiene and health standards, managing and training the demi-chefs and commis with whom he works, collaborating with the other batches.
Pastry chef: assisting the pastry sous chef in carrying out activities, preparation of cakes and pastries, presentation of the product, will also support in the management of on-the-job training for new incoming figures. Demi-chef: produce basic preparation, support colleagues, control supplies of raw materials, carry out what is requested by the head of the party and the chef.
We offer a full time or part-time seasonal or annual contract with full-time/part-time hours to be agreed with the human resources office. Food and accommodation are included.
Experience in the role, good knowledge of the Italian language and teamwork skills are required.
