Work primary at our airport restaurant, making lunch buffet (2 main courses + soup) and a small a la carte. Sometimes prep for caterings and events. Weekly plan & order for buffet menu together with restaurant manager. Normally Mon-Fri 8-16. Working period end November-end March. Possibility to work extra hours at Station14, our bistro & pub (evenings). You work very close with restaurant manager/CEO and all other staff at the restaurant.
Must be EU citizen. Experience in cooking and normal kitchen work. English speaking a must. Can work independently but also a good team member.
A will to share knowledge with team members.
