We are currently looking for a highly skilled Therapist to join the Wellness team at our 5-star Castilla Termal Brihuega Hotel (Guadalajara). The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and be dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring relaxation, comfort, and total satisfaction. If you have solid training in holistic therapies, massages, and treatments, we invite you to become part of our team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing a variety of treatments, including massages, body therapies, facials, and other specialized treatments.
• Delivering a high-quality, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Promoting and selling wellness treatments and beauty products.
• Maintaining a calm and professional environment at all times.
• Ensuring treatment areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products.
• Assessing guest needs and recommending the most suitable treatments.
• Collaborating with the Wellness team to ensure a comprehensive wellness experience.
• Adhering to spa hygiene and safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

• Formal training in aesthetics or massage therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques, such as relaxing, therapeutic, and sports massage, among others.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to uphold high hospitality standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Intermediate/advanced level of English or knowledge of other languages.
