Are you a customer-service oriented professional with eye to detail when it comes to satisfying customers' needs? We are looking for HOSTS and HOSTESSES to provide unforgettable experiences for our customers in the 25-26 Winter Season in the magical Lapland, Finland.

As a host, your tasks are varied. Your workdays will vary according to the needs and wishes of the guests, so you must be adaptable and capable of handling changing situations. Your role is responsible and requires you to take charge of various situations—guests rely on you!

You will receive comprehensive training for your role, but we hope you already have previous experience in similar customer service positions.

Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages, incl. Finnish, are considered a plus.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work in busy situations and solve problems effectively while maintaining a friendly approach with customers.
  • Good teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
  • Interest in Lapland tourism and winter activities.
