Situated high up, on a true mountain of energy, the wonderful panorama viewed from all rooms makes you marvel. Four stars superior, completely redesigned give the framework for wonderful experiences in and outside the hotel. In the four different restaurants and the two large sun terraces we spoil many guests all day with sustainable: plant based alpine cuisine. Healthy and delicious at two toque level, that is our motto. One of the largest wine cellars in Austria shines with over 1850 different, sustainable and organic wines from all over the world and different decades. In the Alpine Spa we pay attention to local natural products as well as to properly sustainable applications. The personal trainer supports the guests to perceive their body properly and to build up the musculature. 37 colorful rooms and suites provide the space for relaxation and recreation.

Our new concept, which supports our colorful guests from all over the world to be mindful of their own self during their vacation, is supported and developed by the entire team. With diverse therapists, yogis and coaches we bring the guests to "Alpine bathing" in our beautiful nature and lead them back to feeling and perceiving the power of nature that surrounds us.

Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • Receiving and selling reservations and entering them into our reservation system.
  • Processing of written reservation requests
  • Advising our guests on the phone as well as recording guest requests in the reservation system
  • Maintenance of guest and customer files
  • Support of the reception team
  • Professional, cordial reception of international guests as well as their check in and check out
Wünschenswert
  • You love to make guests happy
  • You know the internal processes of a hotel
  • You have good IT skills (Protel, Outlook, Office programs)
  • You like to organize and always have a good overview
  • Your appearance is always impeccable and trustworthy
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
