We are an international group which has the most luxury hotels, award-winning golf resorts and leading boutiques. In Portugal we have Dona Filipa Hotel and Penina Hotel & Golf Resort five-star hotels in the heart of the Algarve and three golf courses.

We are recruiting Maintenance Technicians for our team.

Day-to-day fuction:

  •  Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of electricity, HVAC, water, sewage and small repairs, ensuring the respective records and reporting any anomalie observed
  • Maintenance of electrical equipment, HVAC and small repairs for general use
  • Maintenance of low voltage, voltage-free electrical panels and installations
  •  Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, locksmithing of installed technical equipment and installations
  • Carry out data collection for technical audits, durability and replacement studies, in whole or in part, of the equipment
  • Comply with agreed Maintenance Work Plans
  • Carry out daily maintenance in accordance with work orders and maintenance plans
  • Ensure that equipment and machines under your responsibility are maintained in good condition operating conditions
  • Carry out routine inspections and prepare the respective report
  • Prepare technical reports or other records on its activity and the work carried out
Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • Maintenance experience

  • Knowledge of painting, plumbing, metalwork, plumbing, carpentry and small repairs
