House servant (m/f/d)
We are looking for you to support our front office team as soon as possible or by appointment.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Transporting guests' luggage into and out of the rooms as well as informing guests upon arrival about the room and the hotel; Accompanying guests to the room as directed
- Neat and safe storage of luggage in the luggage storage
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the reception area
- Carrying out various tasks such as transporting additional beds and wheelchairs
- Lighting fireplaces in rooms and event spaces
- Responsible for shoe shine of guest shoes provided
- Putting furniture in and out, especially the furniture in the atrium
You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- Experience as a house servant in the luxury hotel industry
- friendly, open and professional demeanor
- very confident knowledge of German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
You are also characterized by absolute service orientation, high reliability and resilience as well as a careful way of working. We should get to know each other!
