Being part of our Food and Beverage team you will need to:

  • Graduated apprenticeship as a cook

  • 1 year experience in same or similar position in 4 or 5* hotel

  • Fluent in spoken English and German

  • Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused

  • Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment, positive personality, neat appearance

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules

  • Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef

  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately

  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation

  • Handling all groceries, products and galley equipment with care
