Being part of our Food and Beverage team you will need to:

Graduated apprenticeship as a cook

1 year experience in same or similar position in 4 or 5* hotel

Fluent in spoken English and German

Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused

Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment, positive personality, neat appearance
To be successful in this role you will:

Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules

Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
-
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
-
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Handling all groceries, products and galley equipment with care
