Each of us has our own story, just like the Steinbach estate, and that is our strength. With us, you can develop individually and at the same time be successful in a team. 
On January 1, we as the pioneers of hospitality had the pleasure of running this special house. Together with the team, we will take the hotel to the next level and you may soon be part of our pioneering family.

Hosting is not a job for you, but an attitude. You lead with an overview, heart and a clear demand for quality. At 700 metres, nestled in the nature of Chiemgaus, we stand for character, regionality and substance as the Relais & Châteaux House. Our cuisine is clear, sophisticated and rooted in the region. You understand wine as an expression of region, culture and personality. You maintain, develop and expand our wine list independently You are responsible for the storage, inventory and quality control of the wines You develop and maintain characterful wine lists with your own handwriting. You will maintain close contact with regional winemakers and build strong partnerships. You will work closely with cuisine, service, train the team and develop the range with a view to quality and sustainability. 
Your profile 
You have a solid knowledge of wine and have completed a sommelier training 
You have a keen sense of taste, flavours and food pairings 
You know the region and its wines and convey this knowledge in a way that is understandable, authentic and without pathos. 
You enjoy exchanging with guests in conversations, recommendations and small moments of enjoyment. 
You have a very good knowledge of German and English

Du führst mit Überblick, Herz und klarem Anspruch an Qualität. Auf 700 Metern, eingebettet in die Natur des Chiemgaus, stehen wir als Relais & Châteaux Haus für Charakter, Regionalität und Substanz. Unsere Küche ist klar, anspruchsvoll und verwurzelt in der Region. Deine Aufgaben Du verstehst Wein als Ausdruck von Region, Kultur und Persönlichkeit. Du pflegst, entwickelst und erweiterst unsere Weinkarte eigenständig Du verantwortest die Lagerung, Bestandsführung und Qualitätskontrolle der Weine Du entwickelst und pflegst charaktervolle Weinkarten mit eigener Handschrift. Du pflegst den engen Kontakt zu regionalen Winzern und baust starke Partnerschaften Du arbeitest eng mit Küche, Service zusammen, schulst das Team und entwickelst das Sortiment mit Blick auf Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit weiter. Dein Profil Du verfügst über fundierte Weinfachkenntnisse sowie eine abgeschlossene Sommelier‑Ausbildung Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Geschmack, Aromen und Food‑Pairings Du kennst die Region und ihre Weine und vermittelst dieses Wissen verständlich, authentisch und ohne Pathos. Du hast Freude am Austausch mit Gästen in Gesprächen, Empfehlungen und kleinen Genussmomenten.
