Our Front Office team are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable full-time Assistant Front Office Manager to join their professional and highly skilled team. Job description:

The Assistant Front Office Manager will be required to ensure that they support the Front Office Manager and that the department excels in the highest of standards of guest care. They will ensure that the team are fully trained in all aspects of their roles and that the department provides a smooth and effective service.

 

Main Duties:

  • To be responsible for the planning, organising and control of the Reception Department to the standards outlined, in conjunction with the Reservations Manager.
  • To carry out all Reception duties as specified to the standards outlined in the department training manual.
  • Responsibility for the handling of cash at the desk and ensuring that the reconciliation of cash at the end of shift is correct.
  • Taking accommodation reservations correctly and giving out reservations information when the reservations department is closed.
  • To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, all other members of staff, guests and any other persons on the premise.
  • To carry out any other reasonable task requested by senior management

 

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years experience in Hotel Environment as Supervisor
  • Experience with Guestline or Resdiary an advantage
  • Must be available to work shifts between 7am and 11pm over 5/7 days
  • Experience is essential- Must have hotel background
