Ability to handle multiple phone lines, greet visitors, and perform administrative tasks simultaneously
Quickly resolving scheduling complaints or unexpected issues.
Discreetly handling sensitive company or client information
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
High school diploma
