As a bus driver at Transdev – the largest mobility company in the Netherlands – you contribute daily to freedom and mobility. What will you do? • Drive punctually and safely according to the timetable. • Welcome and assist passengers in a friendly manner. • Ensure a pleasant and safe travel experience. • Work independently and adapt flexibly to varying shifts. You are, in essence, the boss of your own bus: freedom and responsibility in one. What we ask • Category D driving licence and valid Code 95. • English at a minimum of B1 level. • Willingness to work variable shifts (day, evening, weekends, public holidays). • Responsible, social, stress-resistant, and customer-oriented. What we offer • Employment for 1 year via WIL Groep with the possibility of 40+ hours, including 120 guaranteed hours in the first year. • Salary between €2,700 and €3,700 per month (depending on experience). • Additional allowances for irregular hours, night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts (average €355 per month for full-time). • 8.33% holiday allowance, a year-end bonus of 1.15%, and an annual gross payment of €400. • Pension accrual according to the STIPP Plus scheme. • Travel allowance of €0.32 per kilometre or use of transport arranged by WIL Groep. • Certified, high-quality accommodation with one person per room, rated 8.7 by our employees. • Opportunity for fixed routes and working with a modern fleet.
