Cabonline Latvia has been offering call center and logistics services to customers in Sweden since 2005. The Cabonline office is located in three cities: Riga, Liepāja, and Daugavpils. The company's main function is to handle taxi requests and coordinate taxi traffic in Sweden. Cabonline Latvia is also expanding its operations to Norway!

Our international team of 240 people includes various nationalities, but almost all of the company's employees speak Swedish!

Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
  • Acquire knowledge of various booking & dispatch systems and respective work routines, guidelines;
  • Monitor taxi flow and make necessary adjustments;
  • Handle incoming calls from our taxi drivers and our contract partners;
  • Handle outgoing calls to drivers to provide them with information about their tasks, schedules, or any other relevant updates;
  • Monitor and track driver performance;
  • Collaborate with Booking agents, Driver support agents and other Logistics specialists.


 

Mile widziane
  • Fluent Swedish or Norwegian language skills, both verbal and written;
  • Flexibility to work various day and nightshifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Strong computer skills Precision, attention to details;
  • Good problem-solving skills and can adapt to new situations with ease;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Experience in the logistics field is plus.

Ograniczenia dotyczące pracy

It is necessary to work locally in the office. Remote work is not allowed. This is shift work. We have 8 and 12 hour shifts.
