
SOUS CHEF
The Sous Chef responsible for kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals, and maintaining a smooth workflow in the kitchen. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards. We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, have excellent leadership skills, and ensure that food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met at all times.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
