Beschrijving vacature
- Have a complete knowledge of the seating and special reservations;
- Updated with any special Promotions, being able to answer questions and queries promptly and knowledgeably in line with the standards of the Club;
- Execute all food and beverage orders to the brand standards in a timely manner.
- Take orders in a professional manner, in correct sequence and using up-selling skills discreetly and according to the club standards;
- Have a good knowledge of beverages and beverage service;
- Provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service;
- Ensuring pool/non pool area upkeeping to the requested standard in line with the procedures set by the Club;
- Handle any customer complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the Outlet Manager.
- Pass on recent updates and other information to the team.
- Supervise the team in the various bars across the Club.
Functievereisten
- Be aware of the importance of Food and Beverage sales to meet the targeted Budget in order to assist Food and Beverage Servers in up-selling;
- Use up-selling skills in order to generate more revenue;
- Ensure that all reporting team members maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times;
- Assist the Outlet Management in maintaining and updating the service standards;
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of fire prevention and to ensure that staff follows the Club evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm;
- Be security conscious with respect to guest, staff and Club property/welfare and to report suspicious circumstances to the Outlet Manager;
- Ensure the departmental area is maintained in a safe, hygienic and presentable state and to report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to your Outlet Manager;
- Act on your responsibilities for Health and Safety at work;
