- Supervise, train, and schedule cleaning staff, ensuring high performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies, ensuring equipment is maintained.
- Enforce health and safety guidelines.
- Address cleaning emergencies and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist the team during busy periods by cleaning together with the team
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
