CHEF DE PARTIE_SI
The Chef de Partie will manage one of the sections of our Michelin-starred restaurant, working with high-quality products and refined techniques. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with an eye for detail, who knows how to work in a demanding environment, maintaining a calm and collaborative approach.

- Excellent command of classic and contemporary cooking techniques in your area of expertise (starters, first courses, main courses, etc.);
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP regulations, food safety and allergens;
- Excellent organisational skills in the independent management of time and resources in the section;
- Aesthetic skills in plating and decorating dishes;
- Basic food cost management;
- Manage food storage, keeping track of inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Reliability and accuracy;
- A strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and dedication to high standards of service;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently;
- Team working spirit;
- Passion and curiosity for innovation in the kitchen, openness to discussion, learning and continuous improvement;
- Seasonal job contract from March to November;
