The Chef de Partie will manage one of the sections of our Michelin-starred restaurant, working with high-quality products and refined techniques. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with an eye for detail, who knows how to work in a demanding environment, maintaining a calm and collaborative approach.

Requisitos laborales
  • Excellent command of classic and contemporary cooking techniques in your area of expertise (starters, first courses, main courses, etc.);
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP regulations, food safety and allergens;
  • Excellent organisational skills in the independent management of time and resources in the section;
  • Aesthetic skills in plating and decorating dishes;
  • Basic food cost management;
  • Manage food storage, keeping track of inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation to prevent waste.
