The Chef de Partie for Second courses will be responsible for preparing the main courses, ensuring compliance with the quality standards and the Executive Chef's guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Tuscan cuisine, be able to work independently and collaborate harmoniously with the rest of the team, always maintaining a high level of expertise.

Functievereisten
  • Preparing and cooking main courses, including sauces and garnishes, following established recipes and standards;
  • Excellent command of classic and contemporary cooking techniques in your area of expertise (main courses);
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP regulations, food safety and allergens;
  • Excellent organisational skills in the independent management of time and resources in the section;
  • Aesthetic skills in plating and decorating dishes;
  • Basic food cost management;
  • Manage food storage, keeping track of inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation to prevent waste;
  • HACCP Certificate – Food Hygiene and Safety Training.
