As a Customer Service Representative, and member of a multilingual project, your role will be to provide quality support to French-speaking travelers. Provide support and answers before, during and after bookings.
The activities
- Establish efficient, courteous and personalized contact with our client customers by phone and emails in French;
- Assist customers with questions related to their existing reservations (adding a traveler, a service, etc.)
- Assisting customers in their search, advising and guiding them guide them in identifying their needs, etc or past billing issues, etc);
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with our client partners.
High School Diploma
English B2/C1
Good computer skills
Sales experience
To work towards the achievement of objectives set by the client and internally.
To have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
Contact Center experience
