We are looking for a sales manager with German language proficiency and design interest, whose main tasks are customer relationship building and communication with existing customers.
The important part of your work is:
- communicating with and providing advice to a project, retail and wholesale clients in the interior, sales agents, and architects;
- active sales work, making offers and orders;
- Implement sales targets in line with marketing activities;
- planning, monitoring, and analysis of sales activities;
- ensuring close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders;
- preparation of and participation in trade fairs;
- active cooperation and reporting with the CEO.
Requirements for the candidate:
- strong sales and service expertise and experience;
- negotiation and communication skills;
- good command of word processing and spreadsheet programs;
- excellent German proficiency both verbally and in writing (!);
- good English proficiency both verbally and in writing;
- positive attitude and courage to take responsibility;
- ability to sell your ideas;
- conscientiousness and accuracy.
Will come in handy:
- good Estonian or Russian language skills, both verbally and in writing;
- B2B sales management experience in the field of furniture;
- foreign language skills;
- experience in the use of ERP (for example, MS Navision).
