We are looking for a sales manager with German language proficiency and design interest, whose main tasks are customer relationship building and communication with existing customers.

The important part of your work is:

  • communicating with and providing advice to a project, retail and wholesale clients in the interior, sales agents, and architects;
  • active sales work, making offers and orders;
  • Implement sales targets in line with marketing activities;
  • planning, monitoring, and analysis of sales activities;
  • ensuring close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders;
  • preparation of and participation in trade fairs;
  • active cooperation and reporting with the CEO.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • strong sales and service expertise and experience;
  • negotiation and communication skills;
  • good command of word processing and spreadsheet programs;
  • excellent German proficiency both verbally and in writing (!);
  • good English proficiency both verbally and in writing;
  • positive attitude and courage to take responsibility;
  • ability to sell your ideas;
  • conscientiousness and accuracy.

Will come in handy:

  • good Estonian or Russian language skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • B2B sales management experience in the field of furniture;
  • foreign language skills;
  • experience in the use of ERP (for example, MS Navision).
