Avra Imperial is a 5* hotel located in Kolymvari Chania Crete. Avra imperial hotel has 328 rooms & suites - 118 shared & private pools, 5 restaurants & 4 bars, Wellness & Fitness Center, State-of-the-art Conference Center, Activities for children & adults and
Weddings, Meetings & Special Events services.
Main responsibilities of Front Office agents (Receptionist & Concierge) are:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Efficiently handle guest registration and check-in processes
- Manage incoming calls, providing professional assistance and direction
- Accurately process guest payments and manage billing and room charges.
- Deliver precise information in-person, and via phone/email.
- Conduct guest check-outs and maintain an organized reception and front desk area.
Requisiti professionali
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in a 5-star hotel environment or similar role
- Fluent in English
- Computer savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a strong customer service orientation.
Requisiti preferenziali
Knowledge of a German and French language will be considered as an advantage
