Support the management of customer projects

The project management function is responsible for maturing our customer’s serial production order through the design and test phase to actual production readiness and handover to our Supply Chain. During and after the sales phase, you will assist our experienced Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) in planning and executing specific customer projects in the wind industry, and over time take on responsibility for your own sub-projects or smaller customer projects in agreement with the Sr. PM. You will be part of a small, but high performing team experiencing rapid growth. In this set-up, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing and many other areas.

• You will assist the Sr. PM in his tasks, including following up on material and resources requested, maintaining project plan and prepare reporting of project to the customer and leadership team
• You will be on a steep learning curve from day one

• You will receive the needed training to do your job, and your primary source for learning will be on-the-job training

The position is based in our headquarter in Ikast, Denmark.

Technical or commercial background

As APM you are analytical with a business mindset, which you use to support the project in being on top, on time and on target, as well as to spot opportunities for improvement in cost and time. You respect that you need the support and deliveries from internal and external stakeholders, and you use your strong interpersonal skills to keep them engaged in this team effort.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are ambitious and ready to work hard to reach your targets
• Are curious and open minded to learn from experienced colleagues
• Are a self-starter, thorough in your tasks and thrive with both planning, coordination and execution of routine tasks
• Have experience with MS Office 365 tools and MS Project
• Have a relevant technical or commercial background, preferably on master level
• Speak and write English fluently. Further, French is an advantage
• The following is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Experience from working with projects, either through management responsibilities for smaller projects or team member in large projects
  • Experience in working with New Product Development and New Product Introduction
