As Head Bartender, you will manage our TOZI Bar Host and report to Axelle, TOZI’s Restaurant & Bar Manager and have a flair for curating a special cocktail menu. This intimate neighbourhood bar hosts 20 seats and is the perfect place to enjoy Aperitivo, host an event, or sip on pre or post dinner cocktail.
We are looking for a Head Bartender:
- Who will help curate an attractive seasonal cocktail menu
- Who will run bar operations including mixology and table service
- Who ensures TOZI bar runs a smooth service & creates a memorable guest experience
- Who possesses a creative mind and passion for story telling
- Who will manage our Bar Host
- Who shares our values: Trust, respect, teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- With previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant
- Enjoys working as a team
- Willing to work Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
