Sushi Chef / Sushiman / Sushi Cook / Japanese Chef in Denmark
Sushi Room is looking for further staff for our kitchen. We have been in the business for over 9 years, of which the first 7 was only Take-Away.
Requirements of the right candidate
- We expect a minimum of 2 years of sushi experience.
- Knowledge of how to operate in a kitchen.
- Being able to work evenings/nights and weekend.
- Can work independently and in teams.
- Can work in stressed and busy situations.
- Quality conscious, perfect is never enough.
- If you have knowledge of ramen making, thats a plus
About the job
- Preparing of main ingridients
- Production of Sushi
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Other tasks, cleaning, dishwashing.
Work hours will be according to planning and within the restaurants opening hours from 12:00-22:00.
We will make sure you get the training needed.
We are looking for applicants that can start ASAP.
