Lerbækgaard - Professional chef /cook for the 2022 season at the golf restaurant Lerbækgaard in Hørsholm
We are looking for a chef m/f for Hørsholm Golf Restaurant Lerbækgaard for season 2022. Start March/April.
The position is a full-time position and salary terms are really good.
Working hours are primarily in the period 9:00-22:00 Mon-Sun. The season lasts from March to the end of November/December.
It is necessary that you are a trained chef and passionate about making good and honest food. You have a great interest in cooking for parties in a young and harmonious team. You are a team player and easy to work with. You are creative and take responsibility in your daily life at work. Whether it's a dish of the day or a gourmet dinner. Then this position might be for you!
Chef/cook
Areas of work:
· Work with a la carte and companies
· Develop daily dishes of the day
· Carry out purchases with the deputy manager
· Production of lunch/evening on a daily basis
· Production of companies and events
Qualifications:
Trained chef who knows and can work with the Danish and French cuisine.
Your profile:
You take the initiative and work progressively in your daily life.
• You are creative.
• Well-kept in both French and international cuisine
• You know how to creatively prepare good tasty dishes with few handles.
• You are a team player and contribute to the good cooperation and communicate your messages in a respectful way to both skilled and unskilled personnel.
• Have your own car/driving license
