The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests, overseeing every aspect of service from welcoming to staff management. They are the head of the Dining Room department and will work in close contact with reception, the kitchen, and the events office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
