As waiter you will be rotating on a schedule ensuring you are well trained for all services. We serve a high end, classic dinner service with set menus of three, five and a fuill tasting menu that in the main dining room for dinner. À la carte and afternoon tea on the terrace during lunch hours and breafast service is in the main dining room.
You will be responsible for the serving of wine, beer and alcohol free pairings for all dishes.
A general understanding of classic etiquette will be necessary and fine dining experience is a must.
