Your role will involve actively supporting the Operations department in their day-to-day activities, ensuring an exceptional ride experience for customers. You will be responsible for assisting both passengers and drivers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Whether you provide immediate solutions or guide them to the appropriate department, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations from day one. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to incoming requests through various contact channels (Phone, Email, Chat).
  • Live monitoring of our global platform.
  • Administering bookings in our system.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
