Team Member-Valet-Baggage Handler

Job description

The Château d'Audrieu is looking for a Valet/Bellhop (M/F) to join our team, starting May 4, 2026. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests by providing first-class service in various functions within our establishment.

Warmly welcome guests and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure;

Provide valet services, safely handling and parking guests' vehicles;

Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas;

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently;

Perform maintenance tasks and report any issues to the relevant department;

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests;

Support housekeeping (clearing rooms, etc.);

Comply with all safety and security protocols, as well as high-end hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Valid driver's license;
• Fluency in French (required);
• Fluency in English (preferred);
• Previous experience in high-end hospitality;
• Flexibility to work different schedules, including weekends and holidays.
