Your mission as Spa Receptionist:
- Accommodates spa reservations in accordance with Jumeirah standards and enters this into the spa system

Advice to guests about the spa offer

Compilation of individual wellness programs
-
Conducting sales talks & active selling of products
-
Supervision of order and cleanliness throughout the spa area
- Building relationships with guests, repeat guests, group contacts, suppliers, etc. to provide the highest level of personalized service
Requirements:

Ideally, work experience in the luxury hotel industry or a comparable spa / day spa

Very good German and English skills

Salesmanship and organizational talent combined with warm charm and a flexible attitude to work

Strong quality awareness, communication and enthusiasm in dealing with our international guests

Safe handling of Microsoft Office
