Spa Receptionist (m/f)

Your mission as Spa Receptionist: 

• Accommodates spa reservations in accordance with Jumeirah standards and enters this into the spa system

• Advice to guests about the spa offer

• Compilation of individual wellness programs

• Conducting sales talks & active selling of products

• Supervision of order and cleanliness throughout the spa area

• Building relationships with guests, repeat guests, group contacts, suppliers, etc. to provide the highest level of personalized service

Requirements:

• Ideally, work experience in the luxury hotel industry or a comparable spa / day spa

• Very good German and English skills

• Salesmanship and organizational talent combined with warm charm and a flexible attitude to work

• Strong quality awareness, communication and enthusiasm in dealing with our international guests

• Safe handling of Microsoft Office
